Cute
These shoes are super cute. I wasn't happy with the work shoe look until I found these. They fit true to size. I thought that I would need a 9 1/2, as I do in many shoes in which I wear socks, but that size was not offered; the 9 fit perfectly. I have narrow feet, but the straps hold the shoe in place comfortably. If you have a mildly wide foot, I think they would be roomy enough. As far as comfort, I haven't worn them a full day yet, but walking around the house, they feel very comfortable. They do have a "new shoe stiffness" feeling that I need to get used to, but very mild. If the upper part is leather, then they should relax a bit with wear. The description says upper synthetic/leather. I think that the synthetic part comes from the straps, but it is a hard/stiff leather. They are very slip resistant; I tried to move my feet around on wet tile and it was not very easy, so they would even be good in a restaurant. I'm very happy with my choice! Hope this helps. |
